This is our Christmas Give Aways to our clients and friends. That was December of 2007, the date we distribute this calendar.

Our Rent to Own Business Started Late 2006. That was the time when I was Graduating in college. The business was formed to help my parents on thier finances and money problems. WOW!! almost 5 years.

Today we now have 25 units(vacant lots and house and lot) presently in a Rent to Own scheme in Digos. 3 of which are already fully paid and are transferred to our buyers. Those buyers are waiting again on our next projects and offers. To be the first one acquire on the best location on our new project.

Following, is another 15 units of lots which we will offer as a Rent to Own before the end of this month.

Here are the the photos of some of our clients. We are unable to take photos of all of them. But here are some of them who are enjoying as an owner of the rent to own property. They are now Renting the property for more than 3 years now.  They only have few years to go to owning the property. Without taking any loans or financing. 

This Family guy rented this lot and plan to build the house for his family soon.

This family is renting the lot. They are the one who build the house. This way it is cheaper.  

Her daughter, who now have a family in Japan, Rented this house for her and for her daughter's son. They will not only own this house but also the 3 lot next to it. They renovated the house making it bigger and nice. Few years to go then it will be there own home.

Rent To Own: Last year.

These are our Rent to Own that we have offered last year. Which are sold out for only few weeks upon marketing. It is located only few minutes from the Central Warehouse Club, San Jose, Digos City.

I receive soooo many inquiries for this property. That I could not even reply to most of them.
